The Desktop System Preferences allow you to select and size images you want to see on your Desktop.

Customise Spaces: keyboard Shortcuts; Rows and Columns; Collect Spaces.

There are a few small things you should tune up straight away on any new Mac to make your computing experience smoother and easier.

Set the appropriate Language in the System Preferences or you may find your Mac constantly telling you your spelling isn’t up to much.
