How to minimise windows in bulk, and get them back again

Minimise is the Orange button at top left of a window.

The proxy icon is a secret but handy tool

Drag a folder in to the Dialog box.

A document’s Title Bar shows the name you saved it with. Immediately to the left of that name is a small icon. That icon’s called a proxy icon. It has several uses.
