Xero for iPhone and iPod touch

I now manage my invoices and general accounting with Xero Online. It’s still all new, and I’m still blundering around a little, but it’s working nicely.

One thing I have to get used to is that I can keep track of client invoices from any computer. I still have an old habit of sprinkling around bits and pieces of timesheets all over the place and then facing the always daunting task of actually assembling an invoice. It just doesn’t need to be so hard. Now I find I can use my iPod touch to quickly check up on balances and so on:

Xero for iPhone gives you an overview of the accounts for every organisation you manage. See all your bank balances, recent transactions and who owes you money. You can even call any contact with a single tap.

Xero for iPhone is available immediately to all Xero customers at no extra charge.

It looks gorgeous, and works nicely. Thanks Xero team.

Disclaimer: After doing some work for Rod Drury earlier this year I receive a discounted rate for my Xero subscription.
