True. Eudora has long done this. I think we found her bkup file was also corrupt. The main point I wanted to make though was that there are certain settings you should actually &lt;strong&gt;know&lt;/strong&gt; or at least have recorded somewhere.</description>

&lt;p&gt;Eudora does indeed make a backup copy. I think my client and I tried that without success. Even if it had been successful though my point is that there are some settings you should have a written record of.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
