A friend recently clicked an email address in a piece of software and instead of Eudora some other email application opened up. Eudora is her preferred email application and the other one which opened up couldn’t send or receive messages.

If this has happened to you and you want Eudora to be the software which leaps in to your emailing aid, then this should help.

OS 9: go to the Apple menu and get the Internet Control Panel. Click on the Email tab and choose Eudora from the pop-up list. Close the Control Panel and save the changes.

OS X: go to the Apple menu and get the Internet System Preference. Click on the Email tab and choose Eudora from the pop-up list. Close the System Preferences window.
