Eudora Tip #88/04-July-2001

Eudora kindly makes sure that we can simply click on URLs within documents. Something like will be underlined and when we click it should take us right to that address.

Sometimes though, people leave out the http:// part of the address and we can’t just click it. I’d just emailed the makers of Eudora to suggest they include that feature when by sheer accident I found out we can already do it.

Just hold down the Command (Apple) key while you click on the URL. If it’s a web URL then your web browser should open up and go to that page. If it’s an email address Eudora should create a new message addressed correctly.
