Printing your Address Book

Sometimes my clients want to print all their Eudora addresses. This is easy to do. Open your Address Book (Window Menu).
Now go to the File Menu and choose Print. This will print your whole address book.
If you have a lot of addresses grouped into various “books” then you can highlight one of the “books” first. Then hold down the Shift key and go to the File menu. You’ll see that Print has changed to Print Selection—choose that.
You can even just print a few nicknames from the Address book. Click once on the first one then hold down the Command (Apple) key while you select the other names you want. Then Print the Selection by holding down the Shift key while you choose Print.
